Our rescue hens
Our five hens were rescued from British Hen Welfare Trust and brought to their retirement chicken palace in 2019. Each hen is sponsored and named by a wonderful, loving chicken parent! They live in the chicken palace which also encloses the compost heap as they love vegetable scraps and help us turn the compost with all their scratching, pecking and dust bathing.
