Why support Sadeh?
Thinking about carbon
Many things effect your carbon footprint from your energy provider at home, to how many mobile phones you buy, your clothes, food, car and a lot of carbon goes into flying.
There are many carbon footprint calculators out there but here is one we like http://footprint.wwf.org.uk/.
The ultimate is not to carbon offset but to change behaviour and lifestyle choices. Reducing carbon emissions must happen in order to make sure we can keep the planet safe and not under water by the end of the century. However at Sadeh we understand that in our current world we do fly to go on holiday or see our relatives etc. and until that changes, you can at least increase your positive behaviours at the same time.
This includes making sure your energy is provided by a green company, cutting down on meat and many other ways of making sustainable changes. This also includes supporting environmental charities such as Sadeh which spread awareness about the environment and focus on creating behavioural change in the community.
