Cafe manager

About Sadeh

Sadeh is an independent community farm and retreat space committed to looking after our planet. We have a vegetable garden, orchard, woodland and meadow promoting biodiversity and local food growing as well as an obstacle course and tennis court promoting recreation and sports.  We are opening a cafe predominantly geared towards the families who come to our onsite swim school which is open 6 days a week.

We are looking for a cafe general manager who can make a great cup of coffee, is interested in baked goods, especially using plant based and wholefoods ingredients and is passionate about customer service.  There is lots of flexibility to make the space your own from designing the space to choosing what to bake.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running the cafe but with full support from the Sadeh team with ordering, health and safety and stock control. You will be the sole employee but there will be help available from our volunteers and other staff members whenever it is needed. There is a lot of flexibility to make this cafe your own from switching up the decor, deciding on the music and the menus and the kind of atmosphere you want to create.
