Environmentalism and Faith

Sadeh is a space where people can re-connect with their Judaism through the rich and diverse tradition of Jewish farming.

The contemporary issue of our environment can connect faiths together for positive change.

“It makes sense to act together as faith communities on issues like climate change. This is about working side-by-side. This is about standing together, being united’ Lord Sacks, Chief Rabbi

Food can unite.
Traditions of the table have united different religions and cultures over and again. The farm will provide a space where the diverse local community can come together to plant, grow and eat. It will be a space to demonstrate a Jewish commitment to working for a broad, peaceful and inclusive society.
